Terms and Conditions

If you wish to cancel your tour, you must notify us immediately in writing. Cancellation is only effective when we receive your written cancellation notification.

The following cancellation charges will apply.

(a) If you cancel at least 60 days before departure you forfeit your full deposit and any other non refundable costs.

(b) If you cancel between and including 59 and 30 days before departure you forfeit the deposit and 50% of the tour price per person. This is payable to Driven by Adventure (DBA).

(c) If you cancel less than 30 days prior to departure or once the tour has commenced 100% of the tour price per person will be forfeited. Any amount that you have forfeited which has not been received by DBA from you or the company will be recovered from you by us as a debt due and payable effective when we receive your written cancellation notification.

Participants must be physically fit, medically able, and adequately prepared for the demands of the trip. DBA may, at its discretion, decline or remove a participant if their fitness level, health condition, or behaviour is likely to put themselves or the group at risk.

Travel insurance is mandatory for all participants. We strongly recommend purchasing a policy as early as possible, including cancellation cover, to protect you against any unforeseen circumstances. More information will be provided in your welcome pack.
